Hello and welcome to my blog! I am really excited to be starting this but before you think this is “just another weight loss blog”, think again.   1. Congratulations keep it up. I do the same eat in modiration work out 3 to 4 times a week and you do see the result just be patient and stop weighting your self on the scale.
